LuRe Big Bang 2012 - Author Sign-ups!!
If you're interested in participating as an Author in the LuRe Big Bang, this is the post for you!
What is the minimum and maximum word count?
Your story needs to be at least 15,000 words, but there is no maximum word count.
Can I write about any character or pairing?
No, this is a LuRe Big Bang, so you have to write about Luke Snyder and Reid Oliver as the main characters. But, you can still write a story from another character's point of view.
You can however write crossovers, as long as Luke and Reid are the main characters.
Remember to check out the schedule before signing up.
Important dates:
June 25th: Sign-up posts are up and the writing begins.
July 16th: Sign-ups close.
August 20th: First Writer Check-in (suggested word count is 5,000)
September 24th: Second Writer Check-in (suggested word count is 10,000)
October 15th: Two Weeks Left Check-in; your stories should be close to complete and sent off to beta for a last check. If your story is complete, you can now start sending them in.
October 29th: All stories are due.
November 1st: Posting begins!

We will not accept stories where Reid/Luke stay permanently dead. All stories ending with either character dead will not be posted. This will be a place where, in the end everything is LuRe and nothing hurts, at least not permanently. ;)
Fix-it fics are allowed.
