Additional entry on specific tags questions
So, I'm working on putting together an intro posts that will list all the tags and explain what they mean, and I have a couple of questions. (strike that, a lot, and I really need to learn how to do strike outs in posts)
1) So as not to over index, are there any other tags we should combine?
For instance, if there's an extreme angst story about Luke being an alcoholic, it might be in index posts for: Alcoholism!Luke, Angst, Dark!fic, hurt/comfort, and Hurt!Luke. Should Dark!fic, hurt/comfort, Hurt!Luke and Hurt!Reid all just come under a heading of angst? Or are they very much separate things?
The same question for what I might consider Warning!fics: Rape, Dub con, non con, violence.
Or maybe Dark!fic should be the index for: Rape, Dub con, non con, violence? I think the Character Deaths are always their own specific tags.
Angst is it's own, so is Hurt!Luke or Hurt!Reid, but hurt/comfort is assumed to be one or the other?
Is slice of life the same as schmoop and also fluff?
2) As partially relates to the drama over Noah_who, should we change the name of the Character bashing tags? Because of the fics I've read that are (*ahem*) uncomplimentary to certain characters, I've never considered them OOC. Or is it enough to just explain in the index explanation post that it means fics where that character is mean or rude or...what should we say here?
