I think that the spoilers say that they share a close moment before Reid leaves. And rumor is that Reid does say ILY.

Unofficially I keep hearing the word "interrupted".

I'm still hoping for some kind of almost-sex (even if they only kiss for 10 seconds). I mean, once Reid gets that phone call it would be weird for him to be like "OK DRIVING TO BAY CITY, LOVE YA, BAI!"

It would make sense for him to go back to the hospital for a scene or two so he and Bob can discuss the situation or whatever.

Plus, once he leaves that has to be at the VERY end of the ep, right? So I don't imagine him saying he's going until at least 45mins in. AND WHAT ABOUT THE FIRST 45MINS?

Well just in the preview they're alone enough for kissing.

And I'm not saying that's ENOUGH by any means, but just because they're not in a place where they can actually have sex doesn't mean they won't have amazing scenes.

And you don't know that they're in the hospital the whole ep. They could be. But maybe not.

I can't comment on Luke because I haven't even seen today's ep yet, but I doubt he ever meant anything like that post-March.

Aww, that was adorable. I was half holding out for at least a tiny kiss then . . . It seemed so appropriate but . . . since when have TPTB done anything right in that sense

Yeah, the Dr. Oliver and Mr. Snyder was a nice nod to the "early" days.

I liked that, too. I consider that their pet names for each other!
