It was mentioned that Van was no longer on contract while shooting occupant
Could this be an explanation for the current one-day a week Lure? Since he no longer had a guarantee of two days a week with the end of the contract?

As Im not expert on the Contract Situation I have no clue.

I think I have read around the luke_noah comm that Jake wasn't on a contract either or maybe I have read it in Fanfic Lolz but I dunno :(

It's just something I think I remember reading, that if you had a contract you had two days, and you had a chance of two days if you didn't have a contract but were involved in a story line with the people who had

Like I said I dunno shrugs. I also recall reading that Noelle (Lily) wasn't on contract other though she always get's BUTTLOADS of screentime so make of that what you will.

van has been on contract for a long time and has always had stints where he wasnt on more then one day a week. so contracts arent the issue...the writers being stupid is. LOL

naw, i dont think that is, cause it was confirmed that they caught up with the scenes they had to put off. van and eric did overtime i think, catching up. they work around vans schedule. so i personally think that the barely any screentime is just cause they want to drag it out and torture us all.
