It may not have aired, but that's Meredith in the picture, not Sarah. So it's old.

I think it might be an older pic.

If you look at Michael Park (Jack) on the far right, his hair is pretty dark, which would say to me, unless he's dyed it, that it's older. He's creeping up on silver fox territory these days. :p
