~Fun Fic Friday~

TGIF! It's the day before the weekend, and what better way to close out a long week than with a fun dose of ficlets and drabbles of Luke, Reid, or Luke & Reid? Or how about some amazing icons or graphics of the guys? (Don't be fooled by the name - Fun (Graph)Fic Friday just didn't have the same ring to it.) Here's your chance to ( Read more... )

I'm totally waiting for "Last Christmas" to sneak into that poll all by itself somehow. But then I already have a Wham! trauma... ;)

Heehee. I was tempted to include it... I'm one of those people who can't get enough of that song ;D

Oh, I think it's super catchy... it's just that I don't wanna listen to it 10 times a day, heh. Though I do feel the radio stations around here play it a little less often than last year, so that's something.

But hey, maybe someone'll be inspired to write a fic about how much Reid hates that song. :D (Or, IDK, something about what sort of music he has playing in the OR would be awesome too.)

He wan't a fan of laundry, but since Reid hated it with a fiery passion, Luke had come to accept that he would be doing it for the foreseeable future. On the bright side, Reid didn't seem to mind cleaning the toilet, which Luke did hate. And he got the added bonus of watching Reid clean the toilet wearing those yellow rubber glove. All in all, it wasn't a bad trade off, besides laundry did have its...

"Luke!"

"In here!"

Reid came around the corner clutching a towel around his waist and dripping water all over the floor. Luke constantly found wet towels on the bed, yet somehow Reid always glistened like he'd just stepped out of the shower. "Where are my clothes?" Reid asked him.

Luke pointed to the washer. "It's Sunday."

Reid narrowed his eyes at him. "All of my clothes ( ... )

Loved it. If that's the perk of doing the Laundry, I wouldn't mind doing the laundry either.

Thank you! I don't mind laundry, but your right, if that's the perk, I'd agree to do the laundry and toilets. :D

I like to think it also fills the prompt 'Playing an instrument' by kccalgal in the december drabble-a-thon that can be found here http://lure-atwt.livejournal.com/2452362.html?page=2

Today, a famous piano was auctioned, the piano from 'Casablanca' on which Sam played 'that' song, in Paris. (Ah, Paris - 'We'll always have Paris')

'Play it, Sam. Play 'As time goes by'.'

You must remember this
A kiss is just a kiss, a sigh is just a sigh.
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by.
Here's looking at you, kid ( ... )

Oh Noah! Clueless, hopeless Noah. It's not in the clothes! Not for him. Not for you.

I have a 'fixed, intense dislike' for uniforms as the Free Dictionary likes to describe my aversion. So I chuckled when I read Noah said ' there is nothing more impressing than a uniform or ‘scrubs’ hiding the wearer’s hollowness'... But I laughed out loud at the response he got... 'Hmmm … I don’t see any hollowness in these blue scrubs over there…'

Great observation!

Reid could wear a garbage bad and he'd still be hot! (Needless to say I prefer scrubs of course :-)).

Great ficlet!
