Okay, I suck at building suspense, so I'm going for a short drabble.

"Oh, for the love of..." Reid stopped muttering as he stared at the cabin in front of him. It didn't look anything like the picture Luke had shown him. Instead of a pristine porch, the steps leading up to the weathered door looked tipped - like they'd gotten drunk and sort of stuck there. Two window panes had cracks running through them, and were caked in grime. Even from a distance, the place looked disgusting

I was dreaming of spring today, having enough of bad weather. And just now I was enjoying a hot chocolate, while reading this ficlet and all I can think of now is a warm winter's night... Mmmm, wonderful!

i could so picture this, especially Reid getting all horny watching Luke try to shovel them out. Reid has a kink & Luke works it.

Haha! Yes, Reid has his kinks and Luke knows it. Plus, as a doc, he can't hurt those hands shoveling snow (much better uses for them!). Thanks for the feedback!

A holy placeWhen life got too crazy sometimes, especially after some really insane weeks at Memorial, Reid didn't want to talk, didn't want to see anybody but Luke, couldn't even stand anybody but Luke. And Luke had discovered, that Reid relaxed best and pretty fast, when Luke took him on a trip to the cabin, they had bought just a few years ago. They had found it on their first weekend trip, they spent together shortly after Chris Hughes had gotten the transplant. They hadn't had one minute for themselves back then, so they decided to run off for some days. Since they had made love for the first time in that very cabin, it was an almost holy place
