To those who watched ATWT today. Help a Brazilian friend! :)

Please, help a Brazilian friend who needs Youtube to watch LuRe.

Okay, boys and girls, I need a little help here.

I got home late from work and I just watched ATWT on Youtube. It got me pretty confused, because I don't know what to think anymore .And I’m afraid I didn’t understand all the dialogues. I've read almost all your comments on previous posts, and some of you are pretty sure that Nuke is endgame and the writers are trying to turn Reid into a jerk - okay, he's already one, lol, but a lovely one. It made me sad because I can’t see Luke with anyone but Reid.

So I just went back and watched it again and again, and I reached to some conclusions. But I need your help to tell me if I'm right, because sometimes translating dialogues can be pretty confusing, and they talk so damn fast!

First, when Luke tells Reid that he wants to tell Noah about them, Reid asks: “Tell him what, exactly?” And frankly, what does Luke have to tell? Nothing concrete. Luke and Reid are NOT in a relatonship - yet, but I hope they Will be.
And Luke says “I’m not sure”. See? Luke doesn't know how he feels, but he just held Noah's hand and Reid saw it. How does he want Reid to react? He's only human!!
That must've left Reid pissed, because, come on, if Luke's not sure, why tell Noah in the first place? Luke has already told the guy that his feelings changed.
Then Reid says: " Then stop thinking about yourself for just one minute. If you tell Noah that something happened between us, you’ll preety much be garanteeing that he will never see again." So, this is NOT about Reid and Luke, it's about Noah?

Okay, that freaked me out, because it sounded suspiciously dishonest from Reid's part. And the way I see him, he's nothing but an honest person. Actually, the fact that he's brutally honest sometimes is what drives people away from him.

Then on the second part, Reid sai to Luked: “I think this is a great idea. I think you should march right in there and tell that fragile man whom you supposedly love that we kissed a few times and even almost had sex the day I cracked open his skull “... “Then he can push you and me away, but hey, I’m only the guy who can give him back his sight. But what’s his vision matter compared to your confused little feelings?”

That sounded totally diferent to me than what he said in the first part. I saw - between the lines, of course - that Reid is really, really worried that Noah's stress will be bad for his recovery. ( He called him “fragile man”). Then he said that he is the one who can givee Noa’s sight back and if Noah pusehs him (Reid) away, it'll be bad for his eyes...I know that Noah looks like he just got home from the mall, not from a brain surgery (the writer's fault, of course), but Reid did say last week that Noah has some time of recovery ahead of him.

So what I see here is a conflicted man, struggling between his feelings (come on, he was so depressed that he hugged a pillow) and the need to be a good doctor and lead Noah to a full recovery.

Am I wrong? You know English is not my first language, so I may have understood the dialogues in a different way than it really was.
Or maybe, because I like Reid so much, I can't see him as the bad guy, even with all his flaws. Even if, yes, he was a jerk today and treated Luke in a way Luke didn't deserve. But what would you do if you were just as jealous as him, and probably (as we are led to believe) really falling for someone for the first time in your life?

Do you think the authors are really trying to make Reid look like the bad and dishonest guy, sneaking around poor Noah with his bofriend? (EX-BOYFRIEND!)
I'd really like to know if you think I'm right or wrong.

Hugs to you all, this is the best community EVER!
