I'm not sure if I commented on the last one, but I just want to say I love this whole series. Not just 'Amnesia is stupid' but everything you've written since after the 'ILYs'. It's like we're getting to see how their lives would have developed and it's just amazing! <3

Thank you so much. That's really nice of you to say. Ever since different TPTB have indicated that they would have continued LURE, I've been curious about where they would have taken them. I suspect that I write a lot less angst than they would have but MAYBE they would have gone the route of LURE being a happy couple that supported each other and had adventures and storylines without contrived breakups. You can have drama without couples breaking up all the time. *stepping down off my soapbox now*

Awww, that last little scene with the two of them talking in the dark is too precious:

"Luke, I think that 2014 Reid Oliver has a pretty great life."

Luke beamed. "He does. So does 2014 Luke Snyder." Yes, they do!

And this: "If I share my food with you, are you going to put out?"

Your Reid rocks!

I am enjoying how Reid is getting to know all about Luke again through the memories and pictures. Very nice.

Thanks so much. I wanted to try to convey that while Reid may have been freaked that his future was COMPLETELY different than he had planned that he realized that his future was pretty great.

I'm still loving this series. I love that 2009 Reid is open to understanding how he became 2014 Reid.
I love that Reid still feels connected to Luke, even though he doesn't remember him.
I love that Luke is patient and loving toward Reid without being needy.
Your story rings true in a most satisfying way.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback. I'm glad that you feel that the story rings true. I felt that Reid would like Luke right away if they didn't have all of that "you blackmailed me and ruined my life - what kind of spoiled brat are you" type angst to deal with. He wouldn't do something so incredibly unReid like as to fall in love or anything but he would be intrigued.

So I just loudly and unattractively snorted. I love how snarky Reid is in this. And how unfazed Luke is to it.

Thanks very much! Luke has had years to get used to Reid. I imagine that even after spending years with Luke and a loving family, Reid would still be a snarky bastard [with a heart of gold]
