~Fun Fic Friday~
TGIF! It's the day before the weekend, and what better way to close out a long week than with a fun dose of ficlets and drabbles of Luke, Reid, or Luke & Reid? Or how about some amazing icons or graphics of the guys? (Don't be fooled by the name - Fun (Graph)Fic Friday just didn't have the same ring to it.) Here's your chance to

“Cock for a cock,” Reid says with the biggest grin he can muster.
“Oh, you’re appalling. You’re truly despicable. I’ve always been right about you.”
Reid rolls his eyes. “Oh, relax, I’m not blackmailing anyone.”
Henry releases a sigh of relief. “So you and Luke-“
Reid puts his items on the counter. “No, me and Luke are together and are planning on being together a lot this weekend. His family’s out of town so he and I have the Snyder house all to ourselves.”
“And Luke is a willing participant in all this?”
Reid winks. “He’s very willing and very eager.”
“You’re gonna corrupt him, that poor innocent boy.”
Reid chuckles. “He’s corrupted me, actually. Now I have . . . feelings. Oh, and he’s not so innocent, by the way. He wants to do things that surprise even me and-”
Henry shakes his head. “Okay, okay, stop. I don’t want to hear anymore.”
“You’ve got no reason to be envious, Hank. You know what it’s like being with someone more mature,” Reid says. “That’s how Luke feels, and who can blame him, right?”
The cashier appears before Henry can say anything else. He then stands beside the counter as Reid pays for his purchases.
“Well, it was great running into you, Hank. It’s always a pleasure,” Reid says, waving his fingers at Henry before walking out of the store.
“Oliver, wait!”
Reid holds the door open as he sees Henry run toward his car. “Didn’t get enough dirty details? You want to hear some more?”
Henry stops in front of Reid. “If I can go the rest of my life without hearing you-or about you-I’ll be the luckiest man.”
“So what is it? Make it quick; my man is waiting for me.” Reid grins and glances at Henry’s car where Barbara sits. “And your mom-I mean, your wife is waiting for you too.”
“Just one thing, Oliver: you treat Luke right. I honestly don’t know how or why or when he went crazy enough to want anything to do with the likes of you but you do right by him.”
“Why do you care?”
“Other than that you’re a horrible human being and you don’t deserve him?”
Reid laughs.
“He’s a Snyder, a relative of Katie’s, and a lifelong citizen of this town. He’s one of us, unlike you.”
“Actually, I am an honorary member of the Snyder family now. Lily Snyder told me so herself earlier today.”
“Before she knew that you were screwing her son?”
“Hey, I’m not the only one doing the screwing-”
Henry leans in until he’s face to face with Reid. “I’m warning you, Doctor. If you do anything to hurt Luke, you will regret it. Do you understand what I’m saying?”
Reid stares at Henry, wanting to tell him just how much he’s going to try to never hurt Luke in any way. But then Reid remembers that Henry’s brain can fit only so much so why burden him with more thoughts? He smiles at Henry. “Are you done?”
Henry moves back and straightens his jacket. “That’s it? You’ve got nothing to say to that?”
“What is there to say?” Other than promising that I will always do right by Luke . . . or at least try very, very hard. I’ve got feelings, Hank, just like you, your lady, Luke and everyone else in this town-except for the crazies, of course.
“Well, good. I’m glad we understand each other.”
“Have a good trip, Hank.”
“It’s Henry, and, uh, thank you,” Henry says, staring at Reid for a few more seconds before walking away.
Reid shakes his head in amusement as he gets into his car. Even if he didn’t have Luke in his life, Reid thinks he’d still stick around Oakdale just to antagonize Henry as much as he could.
“Hey, what you took you so long?” a naked Luke asks as he pulls Reid into the house.
“Ran into Hank.”
“Uh oh, what happened?”
Reid caresses Luke’s face as he thinks about how good his life is now that he’s got a home, friends, a family and Luke, especially Luke. I’ll do right by him, Hank, I promise. “Hank says hi.”
Luke smiles and leads Reid upstairs. “All right, no more talking. We’ve got better things to do.”
Reid laughs as he follows Luke. They sure do.
