~Fun Fic Friday~
TGIF! It's the day before the weekend, and what better way to close out a long week than with a fun dose of ficlets and drabbles of Luke, Reid, or Luke & Reid? Or how about some amazing icons or graphics of the guys? (Don't be fooled by the name - Fun (Graph)Fic Friday just didn't have the same ring to it.) Here's your chance to

The oppressive silence between them lasted for almost a week now.
And only because of a silly argument about Luke’s ex and Reid’s exes.
Both men acted like idiots when it came to their former relationship(s).
The whole thing culminated in Reid leaving their home and running to Katie. The first two days both needed to calm down and therefore the silence was a good thing.
But would Luke still be Luke without dying of longing and regret?
Because yeah, this time it had been him acting worse than Reid and comparing Reid with Noah was the most damnable misstep Luke could have made.
So he knew he had to think of something really convincing to bring Reid back home.
The sixth day broke and they hadn’t spoken one word to each other. Reid actually being the softer one was just about to toss his resolutions overboard and call him when he received a
message. It was a video message. When he opened it he heard a steady, strong and very familiar tone - followed by the voice his sense of hearing was conditioned to.
“Do you hear it? Do you understand what it’s saying, singing - like a mantra? Its only mantra?
…I love Reid, I love Reid, I love Reid…
With every beat it’s telling this and it complains day and night for unbearably long six days now, that it is missing you and that it would go on strike if my stupid and stubborn brain refuses to
call you any longer. And you know what happens to a guy whose heart stops beating. He dies. And you’re a doctor - actually the only one who could cure this mess, called my broken, ruefully
heart. So please come back to me. Luke.”
“I am off now, Katie - thanks for granting me asylum.” Reid called before he opened the door only to fall into wide opened and welcoming arms.
