Six Phases
The thing about shadows is that most of us have got one. That is to say, things which we keep to ourselves and hide from other people, private information or dark sides. This doesn't mean that people who are followed by a shadow are bad people or that we should refuse to face that part of ourselves.

In fact, the only way to get rid of our shadows is to either step wholly into the light or wholly into the darkness, neither of which is a very pleasant option in the long run.
I met a boggart in the library the other day. I had to wait to pay him a visit and take him somewhere more suitable into I could borrow a big enough briefcase to move him comfortably, and I found that today. But when I got there, he was gone. Maybe he's moved somewhere else, what a pity. I had wanted to use him for a lesson or show him to a few people.
