Fanfics depress me while music cheers me up

Uni started once more. I somehow managed to stay awake through my first lectures, after which I went home because I wasn't feeling so well. I've had a small fewer since Monday, but it's getting better. For some reason lately when I've had a flu my body temperature doesn't go up, but down. On Monday it was 35,1C. It's weird. It can't really be hypothermia when it doesn't come from exposure to cold. Dunno what's up with that. Does this happen to other people? I've gotten adept at spotting when my body temperature drops like this. It feels pretty much the same as when it goes up a degree or two.

I've been hooked to a certain fanfic this week, which is just angst-galore. And no happy ending! You're killing me. So I'm listening to some of Ministry of Magic's more upbeat songs to cheer me up. It's working wonders. :p Also, as I've been mostly listening to them and not watching their videos, it cracked me to see what kind of music videos they have on Youtube. The Escape From Azkaban video is so stupid and awkward that it's funny. The song is still awesome, but I just can't take this video seriously. xp Their newer videos are a totally different matter. They don't look so fanmade. xp

It's like this: Harry Potter movies are entertaining, the books are good, but I love the HP fandom. HP has been an inspiration to so many talented (and not so talented) wonderful crazy people. I don't always prefer the fandom over the original. Like with One Piece: the anime tops the fandom by a long shot.
