My first retcon!

Or at least my first retcon on the Pokemorph MUSH. When you have to spend a half-hour explaining to a character all the reasons why he can't have an NPC walk past an armed, telekinetically-powered police officer, grab the person she's interrogating, throw him against a rock so hard that it shatters, and then Hyper Beam him at point-blank range without a chance for anyone to react . . . yeah.
