Disturbing News from Georgia
I read about this incident yesterday and thought it sad, but today's news disturbed me even more:

The part I find disturbing is that the "experts" believe that 8, 9, or 10 year olds are incapable of doing something so terrible.
At what magical age does one become capable of assault... torture... murder...etc.? It is proven that by the time a person reaches adulthood (18 in the U.S.), some people are more than capable of such atrocities, so at what point in time before 18 is that magical age?
If a child isn't taught proper behavior, how is that child supposed to know what is proper behavior?
