Cartoons and Animals and Friends... Oh My!
I just finished watching the second showing of FMA on Adult Swim, and wow... this anime is getting better with each episode. It looks like it may be drawing to a close, which would be absolutely wonderful. I don't want it to drag on forever like InuYasha or Gargoyles. Even beautifully done animations with endless stories to be told can draw thin and get repetitive. I like it when the series is short and has a definite ending, like Wolf's Rain or Cowboy Bebop. FMA looks like it could go either way at this point.
I tried to contact the girl about when to pick up the female glider, but she hasn't responded yet. I hope everything is okay. I'm sure it is, I'm just anxious to find out!
Things are still a little rocky in my life... but a good friend I haven't seen in a couple years is coming to visit at the end of the month. I'm thrilled! It'll be good to see an old familiar face. =) We'll have loads of fun, I'm sure. He'll be here around the same time as my sister, so things are going to be a bit crowded. Heh.
I'm just taking things one day at a time and hoping for the best. And if things don't turn out for the best, I'll move on. No matter what, I'll be okay. It's just rough floating in limbo like I am right now. Waiting for the answers to the future. I'm at a crossroads and someone else is making the decision on which way to go. It's out of my hands, all I can do is relax.
