American Gray Wolf

Feb 24, 2014 08:52

The Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to remove the American Gray wolf from the Endangered Wildlife Act which would open it up to unlimited hunting and trapping.  The current population is very small at about 5000 and the range is only 15% of it's historic range.  This removal is based on biased "science" and politically driven.  Removal from the list could result in extinction within a couple years because wolves are not popular in the rural ranching range they currently occupy.  Please make your comments to the Fish and Wildlife service here: http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=FWS-HQ-ES-2013-0073-43030
