You will not believe it, or perhaps you will, but Narcissa Malfoy actually kept faith with me. The Council idea is a go. Exorior has been asked to forward the names of three representatives for the Council, and, as head of Exorior, the task of choosing the representatives has fallen upon me.
I realize that you already have three jobs that you are performing incredibly well, and that it is unfair of me to even consider burdening you with a third, but . . . I honestly can't think of anyone better suited to represent the concerns of sentient magical beings than you, my good friend. There is a salary involved (a rather generous one, at that). If you should be interested, I think it only fair to mention that you would probably be asked to give up your present job at the Ministry as it would present a definite conflict of interests.
I need to know you answer to this by tomorrow morning. I am suggesting Hermione and, depending upon the outcome of the election, either Ben or myself for the third Exorior spot(he doesn't want the job, but says he'll do it since all our other supporters are part-time volunteers).
