The thoughts of a shieldman
*sighs*
I just got home from enjoying my first two actual days off far and away from work. Well when I got in about 10 minutes ago I decided to cath up on my FL, and well let me say I found some sad statements.
At the current time we have been at war in an active conflict now for aproximately 6 years, 1 day and 13 hours. We of the west did not start this fight. I don't realy care if you shut up or not, its your right do bitch. We the volunteers ask for only three things.
1) Don't give us draftee's, they bring too much scum to the ranks.
2) We of the Guard and Researves are professional soldiers. We have have fought in every American Conflict since 1636, that wont change today.
3) Let us take the rounds so that OUR loved ones will not have to.
"Every Man therefore that wishes to secure his own Freedome, and thinks it his Duty to defend that of his Country, should, as he prides himself in being a Free Citizen, think it his truest Honour to be a Soldier Citizen."
