Hey guys!! Hope you're enjoying this little Easter vacation!! ^_^
I'm so happy I managed to catch up on all my movies! So I'm going to do a mini-review for each...!
Take the Lead: GREAT movie! Not so great ending....it sort of seems unfinishied, like they had much more to explain that they didnt in the ending. But the dancing is AMAZING, Antonio Banderas looks...GORGEOUS!! And for those of you who remember, one of the male leads is the guy who played Rufio on the movie HOOK...he's soo cute!! ^_^
She's the Man: HILLARIOUS!!! Its sort of like Bend it like Beckam on acid...and with lots of crossdressing. LOL It really is adorable and funny. A great commedy of errors. ^_^
Ice Age 2: YEY!!! I loved it!!!! Ofcourse I loved the first one too,...but that doesnt always mean that the second one will be as good. It was just as funny, sweet and wonderufll as the first one. If you've seen the previews you know that there is a female mammoth interest for Manny...LOL She's hillarious!! And ofcourse Diego is as sarcastic and devastating as usual (can you tell I ADORE Diego?) And well...Sid...is Sid...nothing new there...still stupedly funny. ^_^
Howl's Moving Castle: It is now one of my FAVORITE Myazaki movies....the art is gorgeous as usual, but besides that, the story is utterly romantic, and magical and just really managed to touch my heart. The character of Howl is gorgeous, and sexy and powerfull...and yet SOOO CHILDLIKE its kind of endearing and the girl (Sophie) is so mature and earnest and yet so sweet. Truly this is right up there with Nausicaa (which is my favorite Myazaki movie) for me. All of you HAVE to watch it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
