okay this is how ridiculous i am... b/c i have asthma, whenever i go anywhere for any kind of sickness, they ALWAYS listen to my breathing... so i was watching a show on TV and this guy was having his breathing checked, and he takes deep breaths, but kinda fast, i start nearly SCREAMING at the tv, "TAKE SLOWER BREATHS!!!!"

wow i'm horrible...
