I guess they'll release the Mac version later (because the Sims always been for Mac and PC). I don't mind that much since I could always install Windows.

But really, even if it's frustrating as hell, I don't mind that much. My biggest hope for the game is that, this time, the portage to Mac won't be half-assed. I mean, it doesn't even really run on Mac: it uses Cider, a program that simulates Windows to make it work on Mac (I use a similar program to run GIMP). So, the game isn't really adapted to Mac and it's buggy as hell, and unstable.

I'd be really disappointed if they don't do something about that, more than anything in the game itself XD

Nope, le problème, c'est qu'EA soit pas fichu de créer une vraie version Mac et que celle qu'on ait pour les Sims, c'est la version Windows qui tourne sur un programme qui la rend compatible avec Mac: ce qui fait que le jeu est instable au possible.

Perso, c'est pas avec un Mac que tu auras à te soucier de la puissance graphique ou des specs en général. C'est l'avantage, tu as la puissance et les specs et ils seront valables pour plusieurs années.

Mais bon, oui, ça sert à rien s'il faut choisir les trucs compatibles au final XD Perso, pour les laptop, je prendrais toujours Mac, mais quand je me ferai un pc de bureau, je prendrais Windows.
