ME 3 Multiplayer, I missed you
Had some good junk food for lunch... Well, half of a McDonald meal and kept the other half for snacking because I'm too lazy to cook myself something (and there's still a McFlurry in the fridge because I know I'll be hungry in the middle of the night so better be safe than sorry).
So, since I'm almost finished with writing/icon challenges (still have 15 icons to make for tomorrow but that's plenty of time), I went back to Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer for the first time in a couple months. Had to find a ethernet cable because my father messed with them and my ps3 WiFi stopped working 2-something years ago. After a couple of bronze games to get the hang of the control again, went on silver without my asari vanguard, which is a fucking miracle since she's the only built I know for sure I'm good with. So I tried quarian infiltrator and it could've been worse. Also volus adept, which I'll need to train more with. Playing more in silver could be a good beginning.
On a whole other topic, France won its match against Nigeria, which is pretty good. And Algeria is playing against Germany right now. I really hope Germany will win the match because if they don't, it'll be France vs Algeria. And with that match, no matter the result, there will be hell here and things could get physical easily. But in the same time, Algeria is playing really well right so... Ugh XD
06. How fast do you write?
Depends. There's a lot of thing influencing the time I spend writing. Researches for exemple, since I tend to do them while writing, not before so I can write for a while, then spend the day drowning in researches before going back to writing. Also, I write much more when I've got a deadline: in the last Doctor/Jack Gift Exchange, I'd began 3 weeks before the due date, wrote 4,000 words in a couple days, stopped. Then wrote about 12,000 words in the last 3 days. That's a consequence of my characters hijacking my plot and me having to adapt XD Personal record was during the NaNoWriMo, where I wrote 10,000 words in a day. In French, my record was 20,000 words in three days, but I was working with an original that I rewrote. When working with an original, I generally work much faster.
Doesn't mean I write quality. Raw material is like that:
"The leader was charging them, surrounded by smoke that made it difficult to see where its head lied, only its long finger bones sticking out. They ducked. Or so she thought. There was a piercing shriek of pain. Blood and fluids flowed on Goblin's cheeks, as it put bloody fingers out of his eyes. With a scream of rage, Dwarf rolled on the ground to be right under the lík, and pierced him with his Enchanted Sword."
All revealing name's replaced, obviously. But yeah, most of the time, it's only description or dialogues, much like a skeleton and I put flesh on it while editing.
