Recently my blood pressure have been slowly rising. One reason could be due to the over indulgence during the holidays. But this could be contested because in our household there is a holiday every week. I call it "party". So I'd ask my mom, "party tayo?" Which means lets order out from those wonderful fast food chains, only last week did we get a palm card from Pizza Hut. Grabe! I super love the cheese stuffing one could add to the crust. Ayun. But since a week ago my BP is swinging bet 110-130/80-100, and it poses a problem on my exercize routine. Kaya yan, diet na talaga! The problem with me is I eat anything. What you put on my plate, I will eat. So if you put chicken on my plate and tell me not to eat the skin, I will still eat it, the only sure way to save me from the skin is to remove it before you serve it to me. You see, I'm not so big in delayed gratification. Gratify while you still can is my motto. Haha. Pero okay lang, I'm trying. If I'm still hungry, I ask for a big platito of green mangoes, and yes, kaya kong ubusin! Haha.. The part few days normal na ulit bp ko. Actually, parang ang may problema ay ung electronic BP namin. Paminsan kasi the results differ from the manual. Ah, ewan! Masarap kumain! Bwisit!ü
