Update
Ok, so I'm in Drug Identification this morning. And we're talking about the origen of drugs and then different natural drugs, ie. cocaine, opium, marijuana, and other stuff. Well we get to talking, and I already knew that coca cola had cocaine in it at one time to try to compete with Europe's coca wine. They failed to compete and put caffeine in it instead. What I didn't know is that 7 up got in on it too. They had Lithium in their drinks! Lol, so if anyone had a 7 up, they'd get all mellow and stuff. And they had this stuff in the drinks until the 1930s or so when the government was like "Hey, this stuff may not be good for us". Lol. Was a really interesting class, no one slept through it that's for sure. And in forensic anthropology, got to examine juvenile teeth to try to age an individual. Was pretty cool. Sounds disgusting I know but it was awesome. Definitely think I"m in the right field. :)
Watched the USM/UCF game on tv last night at Blake's. Our defense started to lag in the second half cause our blockers disappeared. And we got an incomplete call when it was obvious the pass was complete. Idiot reffs. But I had fun last night. :)
In other news, I finished the manuscript collection I've been working on for about four and a half months. Yesterday at work, we affixed the labels on the boxes and put it up on the shelf. Made me kind of sad. I think I got a taste of what a parent feels like when their child goes off to kindergarten and doesn't even wave when they go off to play. Lol. I'm such a dork. But I got attached to that collection after spending so much time working on it. Now, I'm working on deciphering Civil War Letters between this soldier and his wife. Pretty cool stuff :)
So yeah, I'm great right now :D
