Masterlist reorganized and updated (now in two posts; no other way to do it; darn you, length limits), so that should be all good. Also, An Awesome Husband anecdote, and a tiny Erik/Charles fic preview...
In this episode, Awesome Husband and I are on the way back from the grocery store:
him: ...did I buy the snack mix with peanuts, or without?
me: *

Also, what is it about honey that's so sensual? not the first fic I've read that uses it in the bedroom, and they're all awesome. Although practically, in realy life, it must be really quite sticky, I suspect!
hard to have any shame left when one’s woken up wearing only pink panties in a stranger’s hotel room more than once
You know, it's the 'more than once' part of that sentence that's truly scary... ;)

Hmm...something about the sweetness, the liquid, the way it flows and collects and makes bare skin shimmer gold, inundating every sense, intoxicating and decadent...But it would be sticky, I imagine! Really food in the bedroom's never been a kink of mine. Messy. Need to do laundry after. Chocolate in unanticipated places. Nah.
Charles is willing to try anything (BEST TYPO EVER: anyone) once. And if it's pleasurable for one or both parties, more than once is fine too. (Wonder what Erik'd think of that story, and if he'd approve of the accessories...)

Sounds like a man after my own heart! (I always have good intentions, but they never quite pan out...)

Me either. Although honey would appear to be the exception to this rule! But I'm not as bad as a friend of mine, who even the mere thought of food related to sex sends shrieking for the hills (almost literally!).

Really didn't want the images that this sentence conjured up... Also not a kink of mine, really...

That...sounds like some sort of phobia! Has she had bad experiences, or only a preference for neatness? *now wondering why I've just written a James/Michael/cake frosting scene again*
Not really a kink of mine either. Not opposed, exactly; I just don't see the why of it. I do imagine Charles'd be okay with being experimental; and Erik's all in favor of people being who they are... But they're both so...themselves, fluffy cardigans and all, that while they'd probably try it if the other person asked, they'd be doing it for that reason alone. (Charles does like expensive fabric, though. Like luxurious sheets. They feel good against his skin.)

The latter, I think! She just doesn't like food anywhere near the bedroom, even if it's not related to sex - no eating toast in bed in the mornings for her! *g*

I am totally behind this! I don't have particularly luxurious sheets, but the ones that are 100% cotton feel much better than the ones that are man-made fibre...
