This is a statement of intent!
So, I signed up for a challenge, and I keep forgetting I did so. So, I'm going to post here about it to remind me (what a terrible person I am)!
So, I saw a link for a multifandom crack ship Big Bang on a Loki/Darcy community - It's accepting 10,000 words-and-up fics for anything that can be considered a crack ship, and there's still until the end of the month to sign up. (This has been my obligatory community pimpage, you're very welcome.) Since Loki and Darcy never meet on screen, and Darcy doesn't even exist in any other canon, this is pretty much the perfect crack ship.
So, I signed up to write two fics - one Loki/Jane, one Loki/Idris crossover fic with Doctor who. Yep. My own brain is a stranger to me sometimes. But the deadline for fics to be submitted is all the way in September. Six months to write 20,000 words? Easy. I've got 5,000 on the Whofic already.
(Six months to write two endings? Okay, now I'm biting my nails. I'm sure it'll be fine!)
In other, unrelated news - I have done nothing but this for the last hour. It is strangely addictive. I thought it would be difficult, but I've posted eight of them so far X) Everyone who has twitter should go do this!
