Gigs
Gig today. Gig next weekend. 2 gigs in December. Life is good. Keep on rolling in those gigs universe and get me into the positives!
If I don't put my car + insurance down as a business expense then the business is in the profit margin. However if I do put the car + insurance as a business expense I have a few thousand dollars to make before I'm back in the profit margin! I'd like to put the car in so I'm hoping to get a lot more gigs. Time for me to pick up on marketing, get my butt into gear, swallow that anxiety and get out there!
TO DO:
Improve my website
Put GoogleAds or whatever it is on my website
Ask the Redland Hospital if I can put my Prenatal Belly Art posters up on their walls
Ask the local Party shop if I can put my flyers on their counter or posters on their walls
Go to the various local daycares and ask if I can put my flyers or posters in their reception areas
Have more flyers made up - double sided: one side for face painting the other for prenatal belly art - and have Storme and my brothers walk around the streets and drop them in letterboxes
Any other ideas out there for me to get more business? :) Anyone out there good at making digital logo's? I drew my own logo and I love it, but it looks like a kid drew it and very amateurish. I want it done in a professional way and then maybe just a big rainbow F done in paint brushes with a splat of paint behind it for the actual logo... I just don't know how to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe you know someone who might be interested in trying it out for me? Just send them to my website www.facetastic.net to see the logo :)
