They announced the new 17" g4's today. 20G more hard drive space running faster, faster cpu, more video ram, wider system BUS, optical digital audio in/out and best of all, all for less money than the old one

Thanks. Its strange how the universe works though....
My relatively new Mac G5 had a goofed system this morning. I have had to re-install the OS and now I'm migrating the saved user accounts to the newly installed system. I'll have to re-install drivers for peripherals and such too. I was just thinking about creating a disk image of the whole thing just in case this ever happened....
So be careful what you think about because it may come to pass. But I also had daydreams that I already had this new job so maybe....
