I just figured out that I'm very distantly related to the guy who Sayre Ave. in Chicago is named after. Every time I go under the Sayre Ave. overpass on the expressway, I say, "I wonder if I'm related to that guy." Now I know.
We're both related to Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, which probably explains some of my great grandmother's (her grandmother was a Sayre) wackiness.
