In a green and gold mood for obvious reasons this week.
Bonus green coloured soft drink! It tastes kind of limey.
Spent my Aus day making trans continental cookies with vensre and yue_ix, and discovered skype does not have the capability to show vids on conference mode. Gdi, skype! You only give me free international calls, why not give me more free functions as well?
/end first world problems.
The batter was delicious, but they came out of the oven strangely salty. Clearly I am not cut out for the cut throat world of baking.
In other news, Rafael Nadal somehow injured himself on court and had a painful straight sets loss. Someone give the man a hug! At the press conference he was so dejected and depressed, yet so gracious in defeat and unwilling to straight out say his loss was due to injury, since he didn't want to be a player who blamed their defeats on one reason or another all the time coughLLEYTONcough. He is one cool dude.
Human nature is a bit funny that way. It's always someone else's fault when things goes wrong. It takes a lot of guts to own your faults, even to yourself.
