[ Kyon is drunk. Not only is he drunk, but terms like plastered and wasted also apply. Needless to say, this was all Haruhi's fault. That, and Kyon is this pathetic little lightweight that shouldn't be allowed to drink more than half a glass of anything alcoholic.
