Hot fun in the... Winter time
The temperature in Colorado Springs actually reached 71 degrees today. The rest of this week will be in the 60s, then drop into the 40s next week. Last year around this date, I was at Furry Fiesta in Dallas and surprised by a snowstorm. According to the extended forecast, Colorado Springs might get some snow on the days before I fly to Dallas next month; there might be rain in Dallas that weekend. The food trucks will return for the convention, and I also got a few recommendations for restaurants near the hotel.
