1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Climbed an ancient ruin in Belize.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't make any resolutions last year, and I doubt I'll make any this time.
3. How will you be spending New Year's Eve?
Since it's a Wednesday, I don't know if there's a business meeting. If not, I might spend a quiet evening at home.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
Cayman Islands, Mexico, Belize and Isla Roatan, Honduras.
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Job security and success in my asset management business.
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Receiving the news about my layoff at Metro Networks.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
This actually happened in December 2007, but moving into my own place.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Failing to stick to my diet.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Just a few colds.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A stationary bicycle.
12. Where did most of your money go?
Paying bills.
13. What song will always remind you of 2008?
"Life Is A Highway" by Tom Cochrane.
14. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Making money.

Stressing.

Lingo, Little Britain and the Graham Norton Show.

Not that I can think off.

"I Like You: Hospitality Under The Influence" by Amy Sedaris.

Same old same old.

One of the handful of films I saw was "Wild Hogs."

Watched my newly-installed cable and did my first load of laundry in my new washer and dryer. I was 37.

My former co-workers at Metro Networks.

A lady I met on my Halloween cruise.
