The So-Called Lemonade Diet

The next two weeks are going to be insane. Tomorrow I'm starting The Master Cleanse, which basically means I'll consume nothing for the next fourteen days except a concoction of water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Fun, right? It's supposed to flush all the toxins out of your body, all that good stuff. It's still daunting. More than anything, I'm doing it to test my willpower. I've been making all kinds of plans for the past few months, plans that will take a huge amount of determination and discipline to accomplish. So I figure, if I can do this, I can do anything. But for the first couple days at least, it's going to suck. A lot.
