it's early and i've got the energy of 10 crack heads.
friday i saw ted leo and the pharmacists, and tigers and monkeys at the seaport.

and a view of the brooklyn bridge from the top of the pier.
i just wish i didnt end up going out by myself all the time.
but afterward the show, i caught a train back to times square and met some friends and cousins that happened to be in the city. we ate at elly's stardust diner. the entire staff is composed of kids in theater school or struggling actors and such, who take turns singing 50s tunes. and they're fucking good.
saturday hung out with my new friends in long island. which was sweet.
sunday bbq with my cousin and his friends. later in the night we went to brooklyn, on the block where i lived 17 years ago. it's crazy being around there because it's the fucking ghetto. man i was thinking, i can't bring any of MY friends here, because they'd all be so scared. i mean like gunfire-in-the-distance, cars on cinders-ghetto.
tomorrow should be fun =P
