Yes. There are strange bears in the woods off the highway. I propose we hunt one and slay it, to show that not all guardians of this town are invincible.

This is a good plan. Are these creatures difficult to kill?

While somewhat vulnerable to firearms, I haven't seen one slain yet. I do know that... sorcery and psyker abilities appear to be ineffective.

What about melee weapons? I do have my blade.

I never let them get close enough to check. [ He reaches up to touch his scalp where the bear mauled him. ]

I would imagine they function, though.

You and I will have to set aside a day for this quest then. Would you prefer if others came too?

I think that would be wise. At least one medicae and several other warriors we can trust.
