[he helps her up, and looks down at her. He should be doing something right now, but he's not exactly sure what. He doesn't know, so he just continues to look down, gray eyes very gentle.]
"Ah, hello there. I am trying to bring Rin to the church to get healed. It would appear during the course of whatever she was doing while I was fighting the milkman and his minions has caused her ears to be damaged. She is deaf."
[On one hand, Lancer was pretty sure he recognized that voice as someone he'd spoken to on his first day; a generally decent person, if he recalled correctly. On the other, Rin was right--she was his Master and he made an oath to be her Servant.]
[But let it never be said Lancer was a complete fool. He could think of one way to determine if this was true or not.]
[Lancer turned his back on Rin and shrugged his shoulders--speaking in a voice notably quieter than usual.]

"Greetings, partner." [he has removed his helmet, and looks at her with his normal stoic face.]

"I did not mean to. Are you well then?"

[he will gently take her hand, and say.]
"Please, if you can understand anything at all. Just come with me." [he'll try to lead her there like so.]

[He looked over his shoulder, smirking.]
