Happy Whoniversary to me!!!!
So, six years ago today -- 17 March 2006 -- Doctor Who premiered on Sci-Fi. Which means that today is OFFICIALLY my Whoniversary! That also means that today is my favourite day of the year, and I've been celebrating with a massive DW re-watch. Not only do I have lots of New!Who to look over again for the millionth time, but I also have a Third Doctor and Jo Grant adventure to watch, and I bought a Four and Leela adventure this week, which also came with K-9 and Company (which means I get to see my lovely Sarah Jane Smith.)
I'm working on a Whoniversary present for the Doctor, but it'll take a couple of days to post. I started writing a Ten and Rose adventure years ago that I posted on ff.net (back when s02 was still airing here in the states...gosh that was forever ago), but I got busy with university a few chapters in and never finished it. And it was a shame cos it was a plot line I spent a long time developing and no two characters speak to me quite as much as those two do (I love their banter.) I hope to dust it off and finish it over the next couple of months. Hopefully, I can get chapter 5 of the story up over the next few days.
