cilantro and socks, XVII
so the cilantro that i left in my fridge while away is still fresh and edible! it will be a part of dinner tomorrow, along with black beans and maybe yams.
today (this is very embarrassing) i wore mismatched socks. they were both narrow-stripey, but one was black-chartreuse-camel-maroon and the other was sage-garnet-pink-brown-tan. not matching at all. oops. i blame it on getting dressed in the dark.
both of these things i did not notice until i was home after work. in the case of the cilantro, this is unsurprising, as the cilantro is in my fridge. in the case of my socks, this only goes to show how very out of it i was today. my socks, after all, did come with me to the office.
