we hung out one night in the winter. mel, mary and i went to morrisburg to pick you up. we got some peach schnapps i think and drank some of it, went to the first street apartments and then to mcdonalds to eat food. you had a mohawk and a shirt that read 'seaway' in a big circle with an x through it. i thought you were awesome!

I totally fucking remember that. That was such a good night.

And I remember you and Mary were these little candy-raver punks with colorful accessories and really big pants and we laughed all the way to Cornwall and I had a really, really good time with these two people (Well, three, but I knew Mel) that I didn't know and I wanted to scoop both of you up and put you in my pocket to take home with me.

Man. Those were the days. I remember that shirt and I still have that hoodie. I made it into a Modest Mouse hoodie a few weeks ago! lol.

How come we never hung out more often, the three of us?

i think it was because i hung out with snobs, for the most part. i was 'too busy' to do anything that wasn't hanging out either in my living room or at gavel's.

no! you were like, 17 when i met you lol. you were too young to go to bars. it was way before you moved into cornwall and made cornwall friends.
