Create your own friendquiz here i went to the gym yesterday. it was goood my legs feel all tight now. when i got home i had oscar take a pic of my front and back without a shirt on for motivation and also so i can take one each month and hopefully see the improvements over time. anyway the picture of the back was soooo horrible i feel disgusted with myself i knew i'd put on alot of weight but i guess it's hard to see just how bad you've gotten in the mirror. if anyone has any suggestions on how to take weigt off let me know cause god knows i can use any help i can get. i wish that i could afford a trainer.
another question does anyone have crickt? it sounds like a really good deal but i'm wondering if it's not too good to be true.
