[ So far, all Daiyousei has been able to gather from listening to the phones is that today is supposed to be a special day for fathers. Being mute and all, she hasn't been able to ask for clarification, so she's just decided to roll with it. Which means...she's sitting outside with some paper and crayons, trying to figure out what sort of picture

[Keiichi is just wandering by when he sees her doodling and decides to

stop

and slowly walks over, looking over Daiyousei's shoulder.]

[ She doesn't hear him coming. She can't shake the feeling that someone is looking over her shoulder, though, so after a little bit she glances back and... ]

[ ...squeals in surprise, trying to cover up her drawing with her hands. It's a little late for that, but... ]

[Keiichi screams in surprise!]

[ squeezes her eyes shut and cringes away!! ]

H-Hey, I didn't mean to scare you. You surprised me, that's all.

[lunateelf]

[ She cracks one eye open, and then, once she's reasonably sure nothing is about to happen, the other one too. At this point, she's just kind of pouting up at him, not at all happy with the way he startled her. ]

[k1_sauce]

H-Hey, don't...look at me like that. I wasn't that scary, was I? I'm sorry.

[lunateelf]

[ She takes a few seconds to consider whether or not to accept his apology, then nods. She still doesn't look pleased with him, exactly, but the pouting has stopped. ]

Ouch...

So, um. What are you doodling?

[lunateelf]

[ She shakes her head and makes a little 'shoo'-ing gesture with one hand. It's not for you to see, Keiichi! ]

[k1_sauce]

Oh, I see how it is. I bet it's something...

dirty.

[lunateelf]

[ She tilts her head, honestly having no idea what that could possibly mean. ]

[k1_sauce]

...

Okay, that failed. Right over your head, huh? Maybe when you're older...

[lunateelf]

[ Somehow, she manages to make a sound that translates into "?". She really has no idea... ]

[k1_sauce]

Hey, what's your name, anyway? I'm Keiichi.

[lunateelf]

[ Well, that distracts her well enough. Carefully turning the paper over without letting him see what's on the front side, she scrawls her name out in one of the corners. ]
