[Daine's amused; she can't help herself. Parrots are funny creatures, even though they're not her favourites, and it looks as though Minato is struggling. Well, she's been hired to look after many birds once before, so just one can't be difficult.]

They're difficult to look after if you're not sure what to do. Especially parrots; they're fair cheeky. I'd be happy to help, if you want me to talk to him or just give some tips.

[That authoritative tone? Seems to work. Also because it's Daine. At the very least, the bird flutters down to land on her hand, squawking in a much less irritated manner than he had been at Minato.

But Minato will simply watch curiously, not jealous at all with her apparent ease, and simply content to see the bird less annoyed at the world.]

I'm sure he would if it were possible. He's not keeping you from your friend on purpose, and that's no way to treat someone who's trying to look after you until he returns.

[The bird has now been reduced to undignified grumblings. He doesn't like being scolded, but he can't exactly argue against Daine and that tone so he doesn't. He just grumbles a bit and behaves.
