Um, or maybe not.
i. Like I've said 281937218974893242 times already, I'm writing a vampire story (nearly on 25K, the most I've ever written on one story D:), and I've got a question... as my protagonist learns more about the vampire world, I am fleshing out 'my' vampire mythology more.
I'm stuck on one issue, though. It may sound stupid, but it may influence the descriptions I give of them.
Would their hair grow?
First I was leaning towards 'no', but now I'm thinking, hair grows after death, right? And in my mythology the blood they drink sort of kickstarts the body again, so for instance, they heal better when they've recently had blood, and when there's not enough blood in their system wounds leave scars. So, wouldn't their hair grow too, then?
It sounds really stupid, but it's pretty important to my mythology. So, what's the vampire lovers' opinion? Hair growth: yay or nay?
ii. Also, I saw the Repo! deleted scene of Come Up And Try My New Parts. Is it just me or was that a bit of a let-down? I read it wasn't included in the movie because it was 'too good' and would be a showstopper, and that would disturb the flow of the film, but I thought it was a bit meh. I much prefer the jazzier version of the song of the play I heard on Youtube than Paris Hilton (even though I have nothing against the girl) singing with a voice distortion thingy and telling GraveRobber he can put it wherever he wants (I mean, what? Was that in the original too? DDDD:)
