Peace Corps update
So my last reference finally turned in her recommendation!! Woo! My interview in New York is scheduled for the 25th July. Mum and I leave for Britain 7th July, return the 23rd July. Cutting it close, I know, but there was no way to do the interview before we left. I've got four days of work left, and I'm going to miss it and the people! My friend Kelleigh from work got in touch yesterday and we hung out, had a little dinner, it was nice. After that I met up with Jessi/Treza at the bar she frequents (funny interjection I first typed 'bra' she frequents, lol) and her friends, it was very nice. Fun to just relax and hang out with some chill people. Did the whole, I'm 21 at a bar thing.
Mum and John are still in Ocean City, MD, but they'll be home soon. I ran around and watered plants this morning, and just remembered I have a few more to do. I'm going to start doing exercises for the Peace Corps, like writing exercises, so you can express what you're worried about, write down questions, etc.
