No they where not a couple. Yunho's parents attacked him, and he was forced to defend himself, leading to the death of Yunhos parents. Yunho found Jae over his dead parents bodies and went into a rage, more from Jae being a vampire that killed his parents. and Jae for right now thinks thats how Yunho feels towards him, not really knowing Yunhos thoughts.
