Mental Break Down
Last night's dream was a warning to what was going to happen today. After consulting tywui about the meaning behind the red shirt boy in my dream, I realised that my anger in me has reached the limits.
The train ride home from school was hard. Trying as hard not to think about the causes for the built up of the anger was not easy. Eventually when I reached home, I broke down infront of my parents. And along with it went the flying of things across the room and the banging of the table.
Guess it was one of those days when one of us really feel very down and had to let it all go.
