SV Casting Spoiler
According to TV Guide, Aaron Ashmore (best known for his role as Troy on Veronica Mars, has been cast as Jimmy Olsen.
Um, I could get a lot more behind this if, you know, his twin brother who he looks a hell of a lot like hadn't had a repeated guest role- Eric Summers (Leech, Asylum). Honestly, SV. NOTICE HOW JIMMY OLSEN LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ERIC SUMMERS. Uh, yeah. NOT.
Just because Singer wanted Sean Ashmore to be Jimmy Olsen in Superman Returns and couldn't get him because of X3, there's no reason to hire his brother. Acting wise, I think he'll do a fine job, but you know?
Now's the time to start writing the fic where Eric Summers is totally posing as Jimmy Olsen.
Back in season one, I thought RYAN was the Jimmy Olsen character, but I guess I was WRONG.
