Sailor Moon Region 2 First-Press DVDs and Boxes

I would like the items that came with the first-press DVDs. I would also like the boxes to have their obis if possible -- if not, that's okay too. These can be expensive so I may need a payment plan if you aren't selling me single DVDs.
